   Proposal Description:
   Due to the fact that the progression of AD has displayed significant inter-patient variability, there is a lack of practical information provided  for patients and caregivers regarding the timeline of functional decline. We  will use functional (FAQ) and global (CDR) measures to track longitudinal decline in a newly diagnosed AD population as it relates to specific functional questions relevant to patients and caregivers. We eventually seek to develop a tool that will address patient and caregiver concerns by predicting a patient-specific trajectory of functional decline based on patient information provided upon diagnosis.
